'Dr. bag case' is a case in which a video of making a so-called 'Dr. bag', a private chat room, is filmed and shared in a mobile messenger telegram, and sexually exploiting minors in it. Police are investigating a so-called "doctor" Jomo, who operated the chat room, and are also investigating the "Nth room case," which is the beginning of a telegram chat room that shares sexual exploitation. According to women's groups, the Nth room case was run by Gaddad from February to September 2019 and has created eight secret rooms on Telegram, spreading hundreds of victims' videos.
As the case is known, there is a series of public petitions on the Blue House National Petition Bulletin Board to disclose the personal information of subscribers who have joined Dr. bag and Nth room case and shared the video.
