Review: Sugar Matte as Hell Crayon Lipstick- 01 Scarlett O'Hara

Oh sugar baby! Sugar Matte as Hell Crayon Lipstick has become my favorite. I have a thing for red lipsticks, especially the matte ones. Prior to this one Colorbar Soft Touch Lipcolor in Hot e shade was my favorite and it still is.  This German brand has tried its best to sweep me off the floor and it is successful in it.
