I have to admit, then the trailer was released last week, I did wonder how it was going to be taken. Benedict Cumberbatch plays a character who appears to be a mockery of a stereotype of a transgender person. The character called All is seen to be asked by Stiller and Wilson if they have a bun or a hotdog in one scene.
Honestly, its one of the only scenes I remember from the clip as it was offensive.
"By hiring a cis actor to play a non-binary individual in a clearly negative way, they film endorses harmful and dangerous perceptions of the queer community at large."
Those who have started the petition are asking people not to go and see the film when it is released in 2016.

*also annoyingly, my laptop cannot handle the word zoolander. Which isn't really a word. I don't know. It keeps suggesting zealander then I have to go around and change everything! argh!
